Reopening of the World’s Smallest Children’s Art Gallery
The CAC was formed in 1993 by then Mayor Ted Johnson to serve as a catalyst for cultural enrichment for the Carmel Clay Community. The Council has a working Board of Directors who help with special fund-raising projects, exhibits and shows.
Carmel, IN – The World’s Smallest Children’s Art Gallery will celebrate is reopening on Sunday, September 11th, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. featuring the artwork from the students at Prairie Trace Elementary School. The gallery is located at 40 West Main Street in Carmel
The World’s Smallest Children’s Art Gallery was the first art gallery in the Carmel Arts & Design District. Managed by the Carmel Arts Council (CAC), the gallery exhibits feature art works by students in both public and private schools in the area. All schools are invited to show artwork. The gallery is open yearly September through May on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding holidays).
