Are you read to rock? Then volunteer for Clarian North Rock the District. On July 24th, over 10, 000 people will be rocking out on the streets of Carmel enjoying music, food, and vendors. Volunteers are needed throughout the day in various areas including:
Setup
Help start Clarian North Rock the District on the right note! Volunteers are needed to help setup stages, tables, information booths, street signage, etc. Shifts for this position will begin at 6:00 a.m.
Stage Management
This is a great position for anyone with an interest in working with bands or event production. The stage managers will make sure that everything runs smoothly on stage, such as getting the bands on and off stage on time and assisting the bands with various needs.
Information & Hospitality
Volunteers for this position will serve as liaisons between Clarian North Rock the District and the community by greeting guests and answering questions about the event. This is a great way to use that rock star smile!
Runner
Runners will serve as jacks-of-all trades for Clarian North Rock the District. Runners will walk around the festival area and make sure that guests are well accommodated, as well as help the Clarian North Rock the District committee with any task that may arise during the shift.
Cleanup
After such a rockin’ event, there is sure to be a lot of cleanup to be done! Cleanup volunteers will help make sure that everything is picked up and that the Arts & Design District is left picture-perfect.
